The planning process
Most couples come to us between twelve and eighteen months out. This is what those months look like.
Consultation
A conversation, not a pitch. We ask for the date, the country, a rough guest number and the budget you are working to. If that combination will not produce the wedding you are describing, we say so in the first meeting rather than the fourth.
Concept and proposal
A written document: venue options with real availability, a visual direction, and a costed plan broken down by supplier. You see the full number before anything is booked. Revisions to the concept are included until it is right.
Booking and contracts
Venue secured, suppliers contracted, deposits scheduled. Contracts are negotiated and read in the local language. Permits and marriage licence paperwork begins here, because in some of our countries it takes a season.
Design and production
Florals, lighting, tableware, print and signage move from concept to specification. Guest travel and accommodation blocks are confirmed. You receive a production schedule that names who is doing what, and when.
Final month
Headcount locked, seating finalised, rehearsal scheduled. We run a full walkthrough at the venue. Every supplier receives the same timeline document, so nobody is working from a different version.
The celebration
Our team is on site from the first delivery to the last car. Suppliers report to us, not to you. If something needs solving, you will usually hear about it afterwards rather than during.
Less time than that?
We have delivered destination weddings in six months. It costs more and narrows the venue list, but it is possible. Ask us before you assume it is not.
