Privacy Policy and Terms
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what RENZIONI collects when you use this website, why, and what happens to it. It was last updated on 10 August 2026.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number, date, destination, guest count and any message you choose to give us. When you subscribe to our letters we collect your email address only.
Like most websites, our host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used to respond to you and, if we work together, to plan your celebration. Subscription emails are used only to send the letters you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except suppliers directly involved in delivering your event, and only with your knowledge.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for three years. Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any letter we send.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the address on our contact page and we will act within thirty days.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for basic function, language preference and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended.
Terms of Service
Enquiries and proposals
An enquiry does not create a booking. A proposal issued by RENZIONI is valid for the period stated on it, and prices are subject to supplier availability and currency movement until contracts are signed.
Engagement
Work begins once a signed agreement and the first payment are in place. That agreement sets out the scope, the fee, the payment schedule and what is and is not included. These website terms do not replace it.
Third party suppliers
We contract venues, florists, caterers and other suppliers on your behalf or alongside you. Their own terms apply to their work. We select and manage them carefully, but we are not the provider of their services.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are set out in your engagement agreement and in each supplier contract. Deposits paid to venues and suppliers are generally non-refundable once placed.
Content on this site
Photographs, text and design on this website belong to RENZIONI or to the photographers who made them, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your enquiry is the one that applies to it.
